So, I finally got round to installing 1.0 and while it wasn’t unpleasant, it did need some more work than I expected to get enigmail working again with 1.0. The extension wasn’t directly available but after some looking around I found and installed it – though only after deleting some files. Surely this amount of “fiddling” should be a thing of the past?

Just started using the RSS feed stuff in Thunderbird and it works really well. One thing I’d like though, is to be able to tell Thunderbird how to display it’s messages by folder rather than globally as seems to be the case at present. Displaying blog entries as html is fine by me, but I’d rather not have emails opening in HTML ever!
