While in Seattle I was lucky enough to be able to attend their monthly photostroll. I wasn’t able to stay for the whole day as I had to hotfoot it to the ferry, but it was great fun. Thanks to everyone who helped make me feel right at home. In contrast with my previous experience of a flickr meetup, I wasn’t made to feel like an outsider or unwelcome in anyway – quite the opposite.

I’m hoping to be back in Seattle later this year, so hopefully I’ll manage to attend more meetups!
