Customer service isn’t that hard really. Ultimately it boils down to doing what you say you’ll do. That’s all there is to providing good service. Why then do so few businesses get it right?
I recently bought a box of 12 bottles of wine for a friend, ordering them to be delicered while they were away. when they returned home there was no sign of the wine! It took a few phone calls to resolve but throughout the whole thing the custoemr service shown by the company was excellent! Following on from this experience I’ll be using them again! The company involved was Laithwaites and I’d reccomend them to anyone else in the UK.
